Shearing & Blanking

Shearing is the operation of shearing steel sheets to the exact size required by the customer.
 
We can process material from 0.5 mm up to 3.0mm in thickness and up to 2500mm in length.
Tolerances to size are normally plus or minus 0.4 mm.
 
We also have access to high speed blanking facilities when larger volumes are required.
